Chang Mai
Chang Mai is the second largest city in Thailand due north of Bangkok. It is about one hour from BK. by plane! Lots of lighter skinned gals..but be aware that the hiv rate is much higher than anywhere else in Thailand. Lots of bbs going on with refugees and military...Nice city too!
Changmai is the starting point to visit the village of the "Long Neck People". You have probably seen their photos in National Geographic. They wear tons of the necklaces to stretch their necks.
The women of Chaing Mai do have the reputation of being beautiful and demure. The closer you get to China the whiter the skin.
The further south, the rougher the personnas seem to be and you are getting more into that pure Thai/Polonesian type look.
