It was of course, another visit to Cartagena. Actually, my second in the past year and 10th in total, but with a slightly different twist.

My traveling buddy and I arrived in May and although he hails from Houston, the near equatorial climate turned out to be too much heat for him. We rarely ventured out except at night and when we did venture out during the day it was always close to the beach where the sea breezes helped to quell the stifling heat.

NOTE: I DO NOT RECOMMEND ATTEMPTING A VISIT TO CARTAGENA DURING THE HIGH SEASON BETWEEN DEC.15TH AND JANUARY 15TH.
Not only are the prices astronomical, places to stay non-existent, but the crowds are overwhelming and the city is full of families from all over Latin America and Colombia; and, most of the girls have gone home to visit their families.

The best time to visit Cartagena is between October to mid December then after Mid January until the end of February. Also, mid November during the Miss Colombia competition.

This report is not intended to be a blow by blow of encounters with the women of CTG but more of an expose on other elements of the culture, lifestyle, updated and additional information on the area, new places and restaurants to visit, new adventures to experience, some names, pictures and contact information of some of the regulars and of course, a lot of pictures. I took over 300 photographs of places, people and a fair share of girls, clothed, in bikinis, topless and nude. Some are included in the body of this report.
